To the wider world, the scotch whisky industry is a global phenomenon that has spurned many iconic brands - but in Moray Speyside, it lives in the rich supply of water that runs through the region, helping to create blends that are smooth, yet as complex as the cliffs and caves of the coast and jagged peaks of the Cairgorms.
